Highticketkreator LTD is the data controller for oramemory.app and the Oramemory app. Contact: hello@oramemory.app.
Account data: your email, country, language and subscription status. Profile data about the person cared for, entered by you: first name, date of birth, the stage described by their doctor, conditions, allergies and medication. The shared log: meals, moods, medication given, incidents and notes, with time and author. Her space: music, photos, stories and routine. Device data, only for devices you connect: sleep, movement and night wakings from wearables, and events from home devices. Circle data: names, emails and roles of the people you invite.
Waitlist: your email, your country and your answer to "who are you caring for".
To provide the service you asked for (contract). For health data, on the basis of the explicit consent of the person concerned or of their legal representative, given switch by switch in the app and revocable at any time. To keep the service secure and to answer support requests (legitimate interest). To send the launch email you asked for (consent, with double opt-in in France).
In the European Union, on hosting certified for health data in France (HDS). Data does not leave the EU. Payments are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms; we never receive card details.
The people in the circle, according to the roles and switches you set. The person, in her space. Our small support team, only account details and only when you ask for help. Encrypted content is not readable by us. No advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics vendors. We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics that do not identify you.
Sell or rent personal data. Show advertising. Train machine-learning models on family data. Share data with third parties for marketing or analytics. Keep what you delete.
For as long as your account exists. Data covered by a switch you turn off is deleted within thirty days. When you delete your account, all data is deleted within thirty days and we confirm by email. Waitlist emails are deleted ninety days after launch unless you have created an account.
You can access, correct, export and delete your data at any time from the app, and you can withdraw consent switch by switch. You may also write to us to exercise any right under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you can complain to your supervisory authority (the CNIL in France, the ICO in the United Kingdom).
Oramemory is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We will tell you by email at least thirty days before any change to this policy that matters.
